Supplemental Terms
These Supplemental Terms are in addition to, and form an integral part of, the Kruz Ride LLC (“Kruz Ride,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. They apply to certain features, services, and jurisdictions within the Kruz Ride platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these Supplemental Terms and our general Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, these Supplemental Terms shall govern for the relevant services or regions.
Additional Terms for Drivers
Drivers using the Kruz Ride platform are subject to the following additional terms:
- Driver Eligibility: Drivers must possess a valid driver’s license, maintain all necessary permits and licenses required by local regulations, and meet Kruz Ride’s background check criteria.
- Vehicle Requirements: Vehicles must comply with Kruz Ride’s safety and maintenance standards and any local regulatory requirements.
- Insurance: Drivers are required to maintain valid auto liability insurance that meets or exceeds the minimum coverage required by law.
- Conduct: Drivers must adhere to Kruz Ride’s Code of Conduct, which includes guidelines on professionalism, non-discrimination, and compliance with applicable laws.
Additional Terms for Riders
Riders using the Kruz Ride platform are subject to the following additional terms:
- Account Responsibility: Riders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
- Conduct: Riders must behave respectfully and lawfully during rides, refraining from any conduct that could endanger the driver or other passengers.
- Cancellations and No-Shows: Repeated cancellations or failure to appear for scheduled rides may result in charges or suspension of account privileges.
Jurisdiction Specific Terms
Additional terms may apply to users based on their location to comply with local laws and regulations. These jurisdiction-specific terms will be made available to users within the respective regions and are incorporated herein by reference.
Updates to Supplemental Terms
Kruz Ride reserves the right to modify these Supplemental Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Kruz Ride platform or via email. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
